Description Of Work:Clean all carpets in (small) house – without moving the larger pieces of furniture. Very dedicated hard-working employees. I’d been thinking I’d have to replace my medium beige carpet in the next 2-3 years, but their extremely good dry process cleaning made it look so much better I won’t have to replace it for some time!
Member Comments:The two employees arrived right on time and worked very energetically. Everything was put back where it was. They worked extra hard on areas where there was air-flow discoloration and improved it considerably.

Member Comments:They gave me an estimate before they did the work and also cleaned a small area of the living room to show me the effectiveness of the dry cleaning process. I was pleased that they moved all furniture I requested, and were very cheerful and respectful of everyone in our home (2 small children and 2 indoor cats). Then they explained and demonstrated their product on our carpet. Next, they vacuumed the entire area. They sprayed some areas and spread their cleaning powder. Description Of Work:Cleaned carpeted areas included 2 bedrooms, a bonus room, master bedroom, hallway and stairs. Also cleaned two area rugs and one 12 foot runner. They also moved most furniture except for beds and dressers per my request.
Member Comments:Jairo and his wife did the work. Jairo was very personable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. I had recieved a rough estimate over the phone and then Jairo calculated a firm estimate once he got to the house. Both estimates were very close. The company dry cleans the carpet as opposed to deep cleaning or steam cleaning. Jairo showed me how it works giving me the option to continue with the cleaning or not. I thought that was a very nice selling point. The product does an excellent job of getting stains out. We had several that I was sure would be difficult. Jairo, his wife and the product were able to get all the stains up in less than 3 hours. The carpet was relatively dry when they finished. It took about 30 minutes to completely dry. This was a big advantage over steam cleaning. The downside of dry cleaning is that it does not deep clean like steam cleaning does. However, for stains I would do dry cleaning before steam cleaning again.

Description Of Work:I called to see how soon we could get scheduled for a cleaning. The representative scheduled me for that very afternoon. And within two hours, the crew was at my house. Victor and one other worker measured our square footage, estimated the job, politely and completely answered all of our questions, and didn’t pressure us at any time. Once we agreed to begin the work, they very thoroughly cleaned every room, hallway and stairwell, spotting any stains or spots as they went along. The entire job took over two hours to complete, but these guys were thorough and very professional. They cleaned area rugs as well as wall-to-wall carpeting on two levels of our house.
Member Comments:The final result was above our expectations. Stains, dirt and wear areas that had been visible for some time were no longer present. Our carpets and rugs are now as clean as when they were installed. We’re amazed at the result, especially since there’s no odor, no drying time, and no dampness in the house as a result. We could walk on the carpets and rugs immediately. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend Carpet Dry Clean to anyone who is considering getting their carpets and/or rugs cleaned.

Description Of Work:Our dog urinated several times on two of our rugs – the smell was intolerable. The company was unable to remove the smell entirely the first time – and so I left them both with Earl. They were after a few more weeks (and attempts) unable to remove it completely. We have had the rugs home for a few weeks now – and no issues at all. Apparently dog urine is very difficult. We had attempted to wet vac it ourselves – possibly had made it worse. They did a good job – I have no idea what we would have done with the rugs as the smell was so bad had they been unable to remove it. The one is a 8×8 round rug of approx $500 value.
Member Comments:Good – unfortunately I put in an extra drive from the Holly Springs area to N Raleigh – but at least they were pleasant about attempting to further clean the rug – and not charge me to do this. Description Of Work:Company cleaned 6 rooms + a hallway and stairs using their dry cleaning process. They also used a liquid pre-treatment process on some of the more difficult stains. They charge by the square foot so the price shown represents the area cleaned — they did NOT move large furniture (bed, dresser, etc) although they would have if I had requested it. I DID have them move the living room furniture and clean the entire carpet area.
Member Comments:Very well! We had stains on our carpets from several years back that we had tried numerous times to remove. Also, in an exercise room we had stains from the rubber dust off of a treadmill as well as various other stains that go along with having a 5yo and 10 month old roaming the house. The stains were removed almost 100% and in cases that were not 100% removed, they are now almost unnoticeable. The technicians (Carlo and Marlin) arrived on time and were neatly dressed/groomed, polite, and just overall good representatives of the company and the process. I would definitely do business with them again. I used the coupon available on Angie’s List and received a 10% discount.

Description Of Work:Cleaning every square inch of carpet in our house (the entire second level), approximately 1250 sq ft, including under all furniture and two staircases.
Member Comments:These people had a hard task — all our furniture was in the center of rooms after our painting fiasco was finally over, and there were paint spots and other mysterious stains all over our carpets. The guys who came out worked hard and did a good job cleaning, and got up most of the stains and a lot of the smaller drops of paint. They were scheduled to spend about three hours here — it took them seven (the carpets were that dirty!). I would recommend not breathing the chemical they use, though! Wait til spring when you can open the windows and not freeze to death. The one bad thing: while moving furniture they did dent one of my walls. It’s nothing that can’t be repaired fairly easily with some spackle and paint, but still… Overall A

Description Of Work:Cleaned my enormously stained, nasty carpet with a biodegradable, organic material.
Member Comments:They first did a demonstration to show me how the process works. I chose an especially bad stain as the test area. Within a few minutes it was gone, and the floor was totally dry to boot. I gave the green light to proceed, and the workers measured the area of the carpet to be cleaned and gave me an estimate. The amount quoted was high compared to what I had been told on the phone ($60 more). I told the worker that, and he dropped the price by $43 right away to something more in line with what I had been told. I also was able to get a $15 coupon from the internet, making the total price $10 more than the estimate I had been given over the phone. After seeing the results of the work I had to admit that it was worth every penny. My carpet looks better than it ever has since I bought the house 8 years ago. They removed many cat-barf stains, several food/drink stains from my child, and even mostly removed the sprinkles of black wax from Halloween candles run amok.

Member Comments:Victor and his crew were right on time and very professional in their bringing in equipement. They demostrated the process before doing the job. Because they used a lot of the dry cleaning chemical, much residue was left and gave the carpet a molted look. However, when contacted the office sent Victor back out to better finish the job. Member Comments:Carpet Dry Clean was able to schedule a visit on extremely short notice. Lem was right on time. He demonstrated how the carpet cleaning product worked by testing it on a particularly stained spot. I was very pleased with the results, so he proceeded with cleaning the rest of the carpet. It took about an hour and the carpet only took about twenty minutes to dry. Wow – it looked like new! I will certainly call them for any future carpet cleaning.

We received a phone call the morning of our appointment to indicate the time to expect our carpet cleaner, Elmer. When Elmer arrived he was very courteous and friendly. He cleaned our carpet and after it was done we reviewed his work. We found some tough stains and Elmer went over them again. He did a great job! My wife arrived home and Elmer was very courteous to ask her if the cleaning met her approval. Our carpet has never looked cleaner! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!
